Pain Management Northwest exists to work with health care providers to provide interventional pain management services for their patients. We understand that pain is an impediment to the health and happiness of our patients. We will provide consultation and treatment as rapidly as possible after authorization has been received from your insurer and referring physician.


What does Pain Management Northwest do?
Pain Management Northwest provides:
• outpatient consultation and pain management
• inpatient consultation - our doctors have active medical staff privileges at Salem Hospital
• consultation with primary care doctors
• assist medical specialists in their pain treatment plan
• spinal diagnostics
• diagnostic nerve blocks
• procedural treatment of pain problems


What treatments are done by Pain Management Northwest?
• back and neck pain - myofascial, facet, disc, vertebral, post laminectomy syndromes, etc.
• nerve pain - cervical, thoracic, lumbar, abdominal, sciatica, herniated discs, etc.
• sympathetic nerve pain - cervical, upper extremity, thoracic, abdominal, lumbar and lower extremity
• muscle pain
• cancer pain
• headaches

What is the facility like?
Treatment and diagnostics are done in an advanced pain management facility, Croisan Ridge Surgery Center. It was designed by our pain management physicians to provide the highest quality and most efficient patient care. Croisan Ridge Surgery Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Although there are two different entities in the facility, consultation and treatment are done under one roof.

The facility has a large comfortable reception area with easy access as well as plenty of patient parking. Our comfortable and spacious procedure rooms and recovery area allow for a relaxed pain management experience.

State of the art fluoroscopic radiographic equipment:
• digital subtraction
• CINE
• decreased x-ray exposure
• vascular imaging
• computerized imaging

IDET, Radiofrequency and discography equipment

State of the art positioning tables to provide the best imaging exposure

What about my safety?
Patient safety is our foremost concern. All patients are monitored with Electrocardiography, Blood Pressure Manometry and Pulse Oximetry for every procedure and in the recovery room by ACLS certified nursing personnel.
